Around Our Communities

Receive your economic stimulus check? Consider donating to charity.

Dear Friends,

Our country is facing tough economic times, and nonprofit organizations like Kids Hope United are faced with revenue shortfalls and rising costs for gas, electricity and other costs of doing business.

As the Internal Revenue Service transfers economic stimulus payments to millions of Americans, please consider donating all or part of your return to charity.

As a human service organization, our "product" is our people—the more than 700 dedicated staff members who work daily to protect children and strengthen families. We rely on public funding for our day-to-day operations, but private contributions provide critical support to vulnerable children and families.

I understand that everyone is feeling financial strain, but please consider making a one-time donation or begin monthly payments today to help us meet our fiscal year-end budget demands.

Thank you for supporting our vision of a safe home for every child.

Sincerely,

Martin R. Sinnott
President/CEO
