Through active involvement with their environment, children learn to understand the world. This learn-by-doing approach is at the heart of Bridgeport Child Development Center II. We cater to the individual needs of each child in our care, including children with various disabilities, and provide an environment that will enhance growth and development.Our child development centers utilize The Creative Curriculum®, which allows children to choose to play and learn in the following interest areas:
• Blocks
• Dramatic play
• Toys and games
• Art
• Library
• Discovery
• Sand and water
• Music and movement
• Cooking
• OutdoorsAges
• Child care is available for children ages 2 – 5.
The Head Start program is available for qualifying
children and families.Tuition & Fees
Bridgeport Child Development Center II uses a sliding scale fee based on income and family size. Subsidized tuition is available to qualifying families through the Illinois Department of Human Services. Contact the center for more details on tuition and fees.NOTE: Enrollment priority is given to children who will be 4 years old by Sept. 1. Kids Hope United will provide transportation assistance upon request.
